Berry Smoothie
Prep: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
- 1 cup 1% milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add milk if a thinner smoothie is desired.
