Why is it important to register on foodtown.com?

Registering on foodtown.com lets you shop online, create shopping lists and receive emails with our latest specials in store and online.

How do I register on foodtown.com?

You can register by clicking either ‘Create an Account’ at the top left of the homepage.

How do I pick a strong password?

Your password must be at least eight characters long and may include letters (upper & lower case), numbers and symbols. A strong password combines all three. An example would be F00dTown!

What if I forget my password?

On the ‘My Account’ page, click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your registered email address below and click ‘Send’. We will send you an email with a special link. Click on the link provided and it will return you to the Reset Password page of the site where you can enter your new password.”

How do I update my personal information?

By clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top right of the Foodtown homepage, you can update your mailing address, preferred store, Club Card number, password and communication preferences.

How do I change my password?

Your password can be updated by clicking on ‘Update Password’ on the ‘My Account’ page.

How do I update my email subscriptions?

E-mail subscriptions can be updated by clicking the type of email promotions you would like to receive from Foodtown under the ‘Stay Connected’ section of your ‘My Account’ page. You can also update your preferences by clicking the link at the bottom of your Foodtown e-mails.
